Are you getting all the information you want from QuickBooks©? In many cases, we find our clients are not getting much useful information. Various management reports are not useful because QuickBooks© is not setup properly or transactions are not coded properly. We can help.

We will provide a 1 hour one-on-one review of your transactions and preferences. A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor will prepare a report with a checklist of recommendations for improvements to your preferences, Chart of Accounts, Item Lists, etc. These changes may be made by your staff. For an additional charge, we can implement them for you.

Standard rate is $125.00/hour, billed in 1/10 hour (6 minute) increments.
Whatever issues you have that are QuickBooks related, we are here to help. We provide live assistance via telephone and remote PC Desktop Sharing (high-speed Internet access is required for desktop sharing to work efficiently) to provide personal one-on-one support. These coaching sessions help you through those challenging times.

Standard Rate is $125.00/hour, billed in 1/4 hour (15 minute) increments. Travel time and mileage charges will be applied, see our billing policies for more information.
These services are similar to remote services listed above. The only difference is that we will work at your place of business.

We will provide ongoing maintenance and support. Our clients like this service, because we provide an extra review of their accounting information. This program helps you catch problems before they become major issues. We will:
- Analyze Bank Statement Reconciliations
- Review subsidiary account balances
- Review your General Journal for out of the ordinary transactions
- Recommend changes to transactions as needed
- Recommend changes to your Chart of Accounts as needed
- Recommend changes to your item lists as needed
- Up to 3 hours QuickBooks phone support/Quarter

When there is an identified need for ongoing support, these programs provide savings to our clients. These are pre-paid agreements and time is tracked as listed in the above Remote or On-Site Support plans.
